Here we go again… *Updated*

Asking for lots of prayers, Tristan (my son who has Spina Bifida and Hydrochephalus) has started having frequent headaches yet again. the last 2 times this happened, it meant surgery and a new shunt. It’s been right at a year since he had his shunt replaced, I was kind of enjoying the no surgery for a year thing we had going! Please be sending him lots of hugs, prayers and positive thoughts!

I have a call into the Neurosurgeon, and am awaiting a call back. We may end up going in today to get checked, or it could be tomorrow… I will let you know as soon as I can what is up!

***Update***

Neuro PA called back, and I will be taking Tristan tomorrow afternoon for a CT Scan, and meeting with the doc. We shall see, his CT scans usually don’t show much, but we shall see!

10 Days…

Just wanted to share my sticker family:

48 hours or soo

Man talk about a rough weekend… First I was in a big hurry Saturday to get the lawn mowed before the rain came in, as well as get the giant inflatable slide put away for the winter… Zach was nearly done with the front yard, when the lawn mower just quit! It has not started since, and my neighbor was very kind and took it to get checked out today… It’s toast… So I am in need of a new lawn mower!

The cleaning of the inflatable was fairly non eventful, except the motor quit shutting off on us Oh well, it is cleaned and put away sorta, for the winter…

While Zach was mowing, I was cleaning the kitchen, deep cleaning… I moved the fridge, no problem, go to move it again…. RIPPED the linoleum really bad… In the middle of the floor! GRRRR So I just ripped it all up, I guess I am gonna get some cheap peel and stick tile to make it look half way decent for the time being.

Then Sunday I wake up to a wet basement…. SUPER wet, I have never seen anything like this before… I sucked over 100 gallons of water out of the basement… and that is not including what the carpet soaked up… We ended up ripping the carpet out, because it was completely saturated, and I did not want to worry about mold.

My house is a complete mess from having to deal with all this stuff… I am slowly getting it back together again. Not sure what we are gonna put on the floor in the basement… Oh did I mention our bedroom, Sophia’s bedroom, and the living room is ALL in the basement, and there is no where else for us to put all this stuff!!

I am so exhausted, and soooo sore from being on my feet constantly, and moving heavy stuff. I need a vacation!!

Race Day

This past weekend me and Sophia trekked… ok I drove LOL to the Soap Box Derby race! It’s always a lot of fun, and Sophia loved watching the “cars” race. We were standing at the top of the hill, and she would take off running with them LOL So cute

Exhausted…

I am 100% completely exhausted… caffeine is not even helping in the mornings anymore! I just do not know how to kick this exhaustion, I get as much sleep as I can, and have even been taking a short nap some days, but it is going no where… If I did not know better I would think I was pregnant…. The TDC water is potent, but I am pretty sure it is not THAT potent LOL…

I think I am just gonna head to the doc, and say fix me… LOL I doubt he will be able to find the problem, but it might be worth a shot at least!

Off she went…

Sophia rode the bus for the first time today, she got on like a pro, sat down, and looked out the window… I barely got a goodbye :sniff sniff: I am proud of her though!!

Well…

I personally think Prison Break rocked last night!! Ok that is all for that… but I cannot wait till next week And the new time, rocks even more, because Sophie will be in bed! HAHA…

Ok now on to other things… Sophia had her very first day of school today!!! She is such a big girl!

She had an absolute blast!! Now its time to go scrap all the great pics I took!!

i totally keep forgetting…. But today is the long awaited Season Premire of PRISON BREAK!!!!

I love my Wentworth Miller…. Hubby is well aware of my obsession… OK Maybe not obsession, but he did look at me one night and asked if the only reason I watched was because of “that guy” LOL….

And I hear Sarah is coming back!!!! YAY!! I was so ticked when they killed her off, and told hubby I might have to quit watching if they do not bring her back to life…. And now they are!! I am super stoked!

UGH!

As if my day was not crappy enough yesterday… last night I fell down the steps, and now my whole body aches It’s time for a vacation!

What a Sunday…

Last night was the beginning… I was having a major allergic reaction to all the smoke inhaled at my mom’s place last night   My whole family smokes, and I do not. i have always been extra sensitive to the smoke, so having the allergic reaction was not a  big surprise, and not the first time it has happened unfortunately. I guess I am just not going to be able to goto my mom’s house anymore That kind of breaks my heart honestly, because I do enjoy spending time with her, but I guess when its your health, you just have to do, what you have to do.

I was up all night long blowing my nose… So i got NO sleep… get up this morning and I still feel like crud… I sent the older kids on to church, and stayed home with sophia to rest a bit more. Ran out and got some allergy meds, which really helped me feel better!! Got the house clean for Zach’s b-day party… and then crashed I was wiped out… he on his own made his own birthday cake   He was looking forward to that for some odd reason LOL… It seemed to turn out fairly well… I have no idea because the dog managed to eat half of it!!! GRRRRRR So no cake for his party, and of course I did not buy any ice cream either… I guess I will have to make him a cake on his actual day of birth!

Oh and don’t worry about the dog, she is fine!! I swear that dog can eat anything, and does her best to try too!!!

Now I am trying to chill out, and stay coherent because I have 4 teenage boys here driving me nuts LOL…. They are all going home early tomorrow, and Mom is taking a much needed break!!!
